Event Details: This USLCA recorded seminar is presented by Dianne Cassidy, MA, IBCLC, ALC, CLSP, NLS. Dianne is an IBCLC, podcaster, author, lactation education manager and has been working with families since 2008. In 2010, Dianne completed her Advanced Lactation Certification and BS In Maternal Child Health/Lactation. In 2013, she completed her MA in Health and Wellness/Lactation. Dianne has worked with thousands of families throughout the years in all areas of their breast/chest feeding journey. Dianne’s skillset has been informed by her broad experiences in WIC, in a hospital setting, in a busy pediatric office, a primary care office, telehealth, and private practice. From the prenatal period through weaning (whenever that may be), she has been a valued source of support and knowledge for families worldwide. Dianne teaches using her real-life experiences and case studies, which sets her apart in the lactation field providing a personalized and realistic experience for her audiences. Dianne’s evolution began as a clinical, patient-centered lactation consultant to a public speaker and educator, where she really shines. Event Details: MLCA has joined the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, we're committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start, but we need your help.

Event Details: Amy Winkel-Gois, IBCLC of Late Night Latch is offering comprehensive training session on using At Breast Supplemental Nursing Systems. This course will provide lactation professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively utilize these systems for improved patient care. Learn how to integrate it into your daily workflow to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

Elina is dual certified in speech language pathology and lactation consultation. Elina has been practicing for over 20 years in major hospitals and rehabilitations centers and currently works as part of the Spaulding/Salem Hospital network and BMC. She has a special interest in supporting families of infants with oral feeding difficulties for both breast and bottle feeding. She loves working as part of a team and helping families achieve their feeding goals. Elina hopes to promote the professional landmark of lactation consultants in the healthcare setting by applying for the one year board member position at MLCA.

Event: Latch on to Learning - Business Finance
Event Details: Kim Richards, CFO, Allied Consulting Engineering Services who works with small businesses and individual practitioners to help manage their finances will provide financial management tips, covering tracking income, expenses, fees, and managing employees or contractors. She will also discuss the distinction between personal and business expenses, clarify common financial terminology, and suggest useful financial tools. Kim will answer your previously submitted questions. There will also be time for a live Q&A.
